What we collect, and what we do with it.

Last updated 2026.

The short version

We collect what you type into a form.

What we collect. The three forms on this site ask for your name, email address, phone number, and, for a roof assessment, the property address and what you need. The Roof Plan also keeps the answers you give it. We record the page you were on and basic technical details about the visit.

Why. To answer you, schedule the work you asked for, and understand where our enquiries come from. We do not sell your information and we do not run advertising trackers here.

Who sees it. Your submission is stored in our own customer database in the United States and is read by Roof Restoration Group staff who need it to do their work. Inquiries about selling a company go only to the principals. Our hosting, database, and email providers process this information on our instructions.

Phone, text, and email. The assessment form shows a consent line above the submit button, and submitting it is how you agree. We store the exact wording shown at that moment. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts, or use the unsubscribe link in an email.

Your choices. Write to us at the address below to ask what we hold, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop hearing from us. Tell us which form you used and the email or phone number you gave. This site is not directed at children.

Retention period, the state privacy rights section and which statutes apply, the mailing address for written requests, and the texting platform details: all to be settled with legal before launch.

Stop wondering about your roof.

Whatever the roof needs, a repair, a coating, a replacement, or the exterior around it, the first step is a free inspection and a written report. After that you can stop thinking about it.
